Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of LONG MV, a private video-production and publishing application operated solely for its owner's use.
Purpose and access
LONG MV assists its owner with creating, reviewing, assembling, and publishing original video content. It is not a public platform, subscription service, or multi-user application. Access is limited to persons explicitly authorized by the owner.
YouTube authorization
Publishing features require authorization through Google OAuth. By authorizing the application, the account owner permits LONG MV to upload and manage videos produced through the workflow on the selected YouTube channel. Authorization can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
Content responsibility
The owner is responsible for reviewing content before publication and for ensuring that published material complies with applicable laws, the YouTube Terms of Service, copyright requirements, and community guidelines.
Acceptable use
LONG MV must not be used to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unauthorized content, or to access any Google or YouTube account without the account holder's permission.
Availability
The application is provided on an “as available” basis. Processing, publishing, and third-party integrations may be interrupted by service availability, API quotas, authorization changes, or platform policies.
Third-party services
LONG MV interacts with Google and YouTube. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, quotas, and technical limitations. LONG MV is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
Changes
These Terms may be updated when the application's functionality or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
